1. Purchases
Art pieces, collectibles, and souvenirs from our collection can be ordered by submitting a request via email at inlayartisan@gmail.com or through WhatsApp at +91 9410613616 . Orders are subject to availability and confirmation by the company.
2. Shipping
All domestic and international shipments are handled by reputable courier services such as FedEx, DHL, or similar providers. Standard delivery times for international orders are estimated between 15 to 20 business days. Delivery timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Delivery Costs
Freight charges are additional and calculated based on the destination country, package volume, and weight. Customers will be informed of shipping costs prior to order confirmation.
4. Insurance
All international shipments are insured door-to-door to cover breakage, damage, or loss during transit.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1 Returns are accepted only for valid reasons approved by the company. Customers must cover the return shipping costs, and items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
5.2 Refunds will be processed only after the returned item successfully passes our quality inspection. Any non-recoverable charges, including but not limited to taxes, customs duties, GST, or other direct expenses, will be deducted from the refund amount in accordance with the company's policies.
6. Governing Law
Any disputes arising are subject to the jurisdiction of the District court of Agra (INDIA)

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. However we do not share this information or sell it to third parties to be used for any other purposes except for the intended use.
Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We do not store your card data. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment.
